You must give 48 hours or more notice for both canceling and rescheduling your appointments.
Deposit Policy
A credit card is required to reserve your appointment.
All bookings require a 20% non-refundable deposit for every single appointment booked automatically at the moment it's booked, no matter regardless of whether the booking is a new client or a returning client. This deposit will be run on your card soon after you book your appointment. Booking can only be done in person when using cash or a tap to pay option. Deposits may be credited towards your balance at checkout on the day of service. Please see booking policies. A valid card on file is always required, even if you are paying a deposit. If you prepay the entire appointment, no deposit or credit card needs to be provided.

Booking Policy
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48-hour notice, a 50% of service cost late notice fee will be charged. In the case that you already have a 25% deposit with us, a 25% additional charge will reach the total of 50% of the total service cost. No deposit credits will remain for services if applied to late notice fees.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24-hour notice, it is considered a NO-SHOW and you will be charged 100% of the appointment(s) cost.
If you arrive 15 minutes or more late to your appointment time, it is considered a NO-SHOW and you will be charged 100% of the cost of your appointment. Additionally, if we are unable to proceed with your service upon arrival due to these instances it may cause you to miss your appointment time

Your 20% deposit is non-refundable. Follow booking policy guidelines and keep your deposit credit amount. The deposit credit will not have an expiration date and will stay in your file until you are ready to schedule your new time.
If you are booking a curly haircut, you must follow these rules. If you do not arrive ready for your appointment, it will result in having to reschedule your service. In this case, you will be responsible for paying 100% of the missed appointment cost.
Wet Curly-Cut Preparation
Arrive with your hair down and with its natural curl pattern in order for your haircut artist to asses before the shampoo service. You can wear product to this service. Do not pull the curls up, back, or tuck them behind the ears as that will stretch the curls and the assessment will not be possible.
Dry Curly-Cut Preparation
Arrive with your hair down and clean. You may not wear product for dry curly cuts. The hair must be untangled and down in its natural state. Do not pull it up, back, or tuck it behind the ears as this stretches the curls and will make the haircut impossible. IF YOU DO NOT ARRIVE READY FOR YOUR SERVICE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR THE MISSED APPOINTMENT AND WILL HAVE TO RESCHEDULE.

Redo Policy
If you have any questions or concerns about the services you received, please call or text us within two weeks of your service. Include your full name. We will work to correct any issues to your satisfaction, at no additional charge, assuming no changes are made to your original design choice whether color or cut. Waiver
When undergoing any chemical service, there is a risk of an allergic reaction. A patch test is recommended and will be offered upon request. Please proceed at your own risk.
When having professional hair color services, unexpected complications can arise during any service. We will use the latest in innovative products and techniques to keep your hair healthy and safe. However we must acknowledge that in some cases, past services and/or integrity of the current state of the hair can lead to some potential breakage and/or damage. We will advise you if we feel your hair is not healthy enough to proceed with your desired look. But you are advised to please, proceed at your own risk.
